Just start using disposable alts in noob ships to scout for you. As I have said in earlier post the role of recon and scout are now retired. Use an alt that has under 900k skill points to fly into the camps. You get free ships and free clones.

If its a brand new char then get a jump clone and stick that clone in high sec with +5's training your nav skills. Keep looking at what you what to do with your carrier and if you want to fly dreads as well. I would look real hard at Gal or Amarr...

If the orca pilot has lvl 5 for the warface link then I can not think of anything else. btw 3.8 mins per cycle is pretty good, only thing better would be to have a full wing of these with a nice macro program to run it for 23 hours a day.

If you fly Minmatar ships then the idea of perfect orbit is possible with the use a webs that can reach out and touch them. But without the ability to do this if they are within web range then so are you.
